PVC heat reflective foil

CoolSkin is a PVC sheet laminated to a decorative heat reflective foil, which has been designed and manufactured specifically for PVC door panel manufacture, such as our own at Nicedor. It is easily vacuum formed, does not have any moisture problems, nor fail at high temperatures and matches the vast majority of all PVCu door and window profiles in the UK.

The special heat reflective sheet minimises the amount of infra-red heat absorbed from the sun thereby reducing the amount of heat passing through to the base, helping eliminating warping, bowing and cracking. The base alone will withstand an extra 20 degrees Celsius, compared to other standard PVC sheets on the market. So it’s important to ask for a Nicedor by name.
